Exyon Marketplace Shipping Policy (Australia)

At Exyon Marketplace, we aim to dispatch and deliver orders quickly, safely, and reliably across Australia.

1) Order cut-off time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST/AEDT) on business days are processed within the stated handling time. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends/public holidays, are treated as received on the next business day.

2) Handling time (dispatch time)

We typically dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Handling time includes order verification, packing, and dispatch from our warehouse.

3) Shipping carrier and tracking

We ship orders within Australia using Australia Post. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched (where tracking is available for the service used).

4) Estimated delivery timeframes (transit time)

After dispatch, Australia Post delivery timeframes vary by destination and service conditions. Typical delivery ranges are:

                    • Metro areas: approximately 2–6 business days

                    • Regional/Remote areas: approximately 3–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5) Total estimated delivery time (handling + transit)

Total estimated delivery time is approximately:

                    • Metro: 3–8 business days

                    • Regional/Remote: 4–12 business days

Business days exclude weekends and Australian public holidays.

6) Shipping costs

We offer free Australia Post delivery on all orders within Australia (no minimum spend).

7) Address accuracy and failed delivery

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, you may need to pay re-delivery costs.

8) Delays outside our control

Delays can occur due to peak periods, weather events, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for carrier delays once a parcel has been dispatched.
